Make sure your landing page is relevant!
Google Adwords and Yahoo both scan where the ad is pointing to make sure it is what you are advertising and the more keyword tuned your landing page is for your ad keywords, the higher your ad will climb. Beware of saturation though as you wil be punished for just typing it over and over.
